Daniela Fiske

Facility Administrator St. Anthony's Hospital - Esterhazy

Daniela Fiske - I had a very positive care experience as an orthopedic patient and that inspired me to at least consider the possibility. Once I had my diploma, I began working for Home Care in this area and did that for 13 years. I also spent 6 months as the area's Palliative Care Coordinator and 6 months as the regional LTC Bed Coordinator. On moving to Saskatoon, I spent 4 years nursing at City Hospital on a post-surgery unit. During that time, I managed to complete my Nursing Degree and on our return to Esterhazy, I worked as a general duty nurse at St. Anthony's and spent a year with Public Health before moving on to management first in Yorkton at Home Care and then to St. Anthony's Hospital Leadership. As a Nurse Leader, I continue to make the people of this community and area the priority of care, advocating and working to maintain current services, and continuing to grow the community and network connections to strengthen future community/area services. I am honored and grateful to have the opportunity to work with the St. Anthony's Hospital Foundation for the betterment of the community's/area's health prosperity.
